Known Bugs & Issues

iOS software and iPhone, iPad and iPod hardware is continually evolving. Occasionally, we need to update iExplorer to keep our app working with Apple's new hardware and software updates.  If you've found a bug in iExplorer that may be a result of a recent update from Apple or something else that we missed, please let us know! Then, to make sure we understand the issue fully, be sure to include the following:
 
- Details about the issue (please be as specific as possible)
- OS version on your computer 
- The specific iPod or iOS device you are using (and iOS version)
- The exact text of any error messages
- Screenshots or any other information you think would be helpful
