I can't update iExplorer 3 to the newest version

If you are using iExplorer 3 and are unable to update to the most current version of major version 3 when checking for updates, please just download and reinstall iExplorer 3 from one of the direct download links below:

We are currently investigating an issue where the in-app updater isn't working for some OS versions. In some cases, you'll even be told there isn't a newer version when there is one. The most current versions are 3.9.11 for PC and 3.9.14 for Mac. As always, we recommend being on the most current version for the best functionality and features. 

Just note though that iExplorer 3 only supports iOS 1-9 and all regular iPod OS. If you have iOS 10, you would need to download and use iExplorer 4 instead, but it requires a different registration code than iExplorer 3 since it's an all new major version of the software and considered a new product.
