Update Error - MacOS Sierra

I'm trying to run the update from within iExplorer. The file downloads fine then I receive this error:
Update Error!
An error occurred while extracting the archive. Please try again later.
Cancel Update

Current version 3.9.10.0 updating to 3.9.14.0.

Any help would be great.

Please try downloading and instalingl the newest version from the link below and install over the current installation:

Note that this issue is only for iExplorer 3, the previous major version. There is a new major version 4 that we just released which needs to be downloaded separately at https://macroplant.com/iexplorer/, and it it also requires a new registration code/license.

For version 3, we are currently investigating how the in-app updater isn’t downloading the newest version correctly in 10.12 Sierra in the last version of iExplorer 3 which can be downloaded at the link below:
