what is included in universal

I am surprise that it doesn't say this anywhere so i will ask. What is the difference between Basic, Universal, and Family? I am assuming, number of devices, but it does not state what anywhere. Can someone answer this question please?

It essentially comes down to the number of people and computers you’ll be using with iExplorer.

Our licensing works on a per-person basis which means a license is required for each person that is going to use iExplorer with any of their personal iPhones, iPads, and iPods, and each iExplorer license will let a user install it on up to two of their computers, Mac or PC. The personal license also covers any future iDevices you own.

If you are only buying iExplorer to use with your own computers (up to two) and personal iDevices, then you can just purchase the Basic (single) license, but if you are also buying for family members and/or friends or if you have more than 2 computers, then you’ll want to purchase the Universal (2 people = 4 computers) or Family Pack (5 people = 10 computers) where the cost per license or per user is much cheaper. While the Basic license covers up to 2 of your computers and iDevices, if you try to share the license with more people, you could run the risk of having your license deactivated due to exceeding the number of uses described in the license terms. You can view the license options at the link below:

All iExplorer 4 licenses are a one-time payment for a lifetime license that includes all software updates to major version 4 as well as complimentary technical support for as long as you need it.

If you need to buy iExplorer for your company, school, or any other organization and plan to use it with several employee’s or client’s iPhones or iPads, you’ll want to look at our Enterprise licenses instead. The cost per user is even lower with our Enterprise licenses as compared to our personal ones (the Basic, Universal, and Family Pack) since they are much larger licenses that cover a lot more users where you get a high volume discount:
